I am a strawberry farmer, since almost 40 years I’ve been growing strawberries, we harvest in autumn and spring, mostly the Anthea variety, also Tudnew… then we have a hectare of Joly on the open field… on the open field we harvest only in spring, not in autumn.
What’s bothering you?
The main stress factors of the plant are… 20 days after the harvest, the plant begins to be stressed, temperature gets a little higher… after 20 days of production… the plant is stressed, as a person who works, he has been working for 20 days, *laughing* then he starts to be tired as it were Thursday or Friday *laughs*!
What did you discover?
I started to use the product three years ago, when my plants were going through a small crisis, and I saw great results.
For three years now, I treat all my crops and… When I use it I really see positive results.
4 or 5 days after the treatment, the effects are visible… there is a great difference.
Plants have shinier leaves, the fruit is healthier, brighter and even more compact; it is nicer, bigger and heavier, plants show darker and stronger leaves… Fruits are harder, brighter and more consistent.
I check every phase of strawberry picking, people involved, quantity they collect, methods and so on.
When we pick the strawberries, they are controlled and weighed outside… case by case.
2 or 3 days after the product treatment, my wife, who weighs all the strawberries, she told me “Look! They’re brighter” and… after a week she said “Repeat the treatment because they’re starting to lose their brightness.”
How to use the product?
I do the treatment 20 days after the beginning of the harvest, when the plant has already… produced the 50% of its fruits, more or less… I make 2-3 treatments.
I employ 3 kg per hectare through fertigation… When I see that plants start going… under pressure.
That’s the moment when I see the results.
By employing it… You can see that the plant gets stronger, more productive, it reacts well, very well.
Do you feel safer now?
Yes. Yes, yes. Yes. Personally, I feel safer.
The first year I did it on… On a hectare, then I promptly saw the difference.
I started to treat all the crops and now… when I notice some crisis it’s the first thing I do. and I see a great result.
