Hello everyone, I’m Gino Zuari and I’m a businessman and the owner of Zuari Gino farm.

We are here in the province of Teramo, in Roseto degli Abruzzi: as you can see we are in front of the beautiful Gran Sasso mountain, we are in his valley, the so called Vomano valley.

I cultivate, I grow vegetables, salad, kale, radicchio, sugar loaf in particular, we have a pretty good surface.

We found a benefit from using mycorrhiza, because we do a transplant in the month of August, when it’s hot, when there are 40 °C in the daytime.

They suffer, so we try to stress the plants as little as possible: with well prepared soils, and we found that with that mycorrhiza a better root is noticeable, a whiter one.

In that case, instead, I repeat, the plant was just blocked: we didn’t know what to do for it.

After the transplant we realized that we had a problem on sugar loaf and on radicchio since the plant was under a transplant stress, in terms of water… Yes! Blocked at all… it was under stress and we didn’t know why!

The plant was young, well prepared, with the usual techniques, that we usually use, and it was an uncultivated field… And we just opted to try this product, and we used it and a few days later we have seen an exceptional result: the plant had a great start, vigorous, until the end, obtaining an excellent product with an improved quantity, we were really satisfied… we have seen this difference, with other untreated fields as control groups where the product stayed small, stayed short, with a series of problems.

Where we used this product, instead, the results have been exceptional.

Regarding refrigeration, that is the radicchio that I kept in the fridge, It actually came out as a good product, not burnt, not rotten, after two month of refrigeration.

Now we still have to estabilish if it is because of a good storage or because of the use of this product… I also have an untreated part and when we will take it out we will see the difference.

Regarding the treated part, that I kept there, in that field already harvested, we took it out after two months and it really was in good conditions.

Regarding the other crops, I haven’t done the refrigeration personally, so I can’t say anything, I have to ask to the trader, to those people I gave the product, how they found it.

And this year there still is a difference thanks to this product that we used, which I think that it’s a very valuable product for all we know, seen, seen, tried and counterchecked and all *laughing* So there is no jabbering, nothing but personal experience, In short, I didn’t believe that It could be like this.

As I said to my retailer: “In my opinion it will be a good product to be used in the future, not only when at that point but I think that it would be useful even if the plant is healthy.

It helps, it helps much more in my opinion!

It was as if we gave it an IV bag… within 8 days, I said to Lorenzo: “Lorenzo, something happened there, because It can’t be…” because all I did was that! There is no other option *laughing*, no!

I have only done one thing, so it was because of it for sure *laughing*!

The weather was that, I have seen other untreated fields, near here, and they stayed the same… on the other hand… it started again.

And now, we are picking: an healthy product, on the inside, apart from some surface burns caused by the cold spikes of these days, otherwise the product is good, intact, healthy, on the inside and all good, well, *laughing*, yes yes…
