My name is Antonio Ambroso, I own a fruit and arable farm, cherries and apricots are the main coltures, which occupy twenty hectares approximately.

We started to grow cherry trees about twenty years ago, it was a quite risky enterprise here in the lowland, considered that in spring cold and hoarfrost impede the regular growth of this colture.

The installation is supplied with an underfoliage system To guarantee an adequate protection against this issues.

How did you find out about the product?

I heard about the product thanks to Vitaliy, after an initiative taken by a local technician.

It aroused my interest when I heard about the features which help contrasting cold and early hoarfrost conditions.

What did you discover?

Even during the first year of use, we had a direct feedback after a hoarfrost: we noticed that the treated surface produced homogeneously with good results on the product.

We saw results immediately, this allowed us to keep on testing, small tests in our company, and over time experimentation has improved.

By now, 5 or 6 years have passed since that presentation, and there have been more cases of cold springs… 1 or 2 events occurred: in both cases early hoarfrost caused damages, but we had satisfactory results and a positive feedback from the product.

What were you using before?

Before using the product, we employed algae based products, in order to enhance mineral salts and protect coltures from the cold… thanks to The product, we found a valid alternative.

How to use the product?

The product has some peculiar features, like… it needs a couple of days to be absorbed, metabolised and involved in plant’s functions.

It is recommended to do the first treatment at the beginning of blossoming, when the 5% of blossoms is open – unless different weather forecast anticipates its use – And then when the 80% of flowers is out, and petals fall, you can do the second treatment or the third one at the end of the blossoming, in order to protect the fruit set.

The product, from what we’ve seen, has an efficacy that lasts more than a week… approximately 10 days of activity.

during these 10 days we have noticed the protection of the crop.

Doing the treatment during pre-blossoming and blossoming is good, for it is a very important and delicate moment, it is the best moment to employ this product.

From my experience, I employ the product at its best right during the blossoming phase.

Our main interest is to defend the final product, at a second stage we can correct other flaws, but… our first aim is to complete a quality production.

What has changed with the product?

This product makes me feel very safe… Because I know that I can protect and carry out my production.

Defending the blossoming means defending your own income, one year’s work, all the efforts you make to carry out a quality production.

And… after 5-6 years, I can say for certain… that the product has met all the expectations.
