When Winter was over, Summer was over, then, the following Winter, we used a preventive product for lettuce, a preparatory product before the transplantation, for the agricultural hose after the foliation, we always used well measured products, we never used extra treatments or extra doses: as Giorgio was saying.

I have seen: that goods were heavier, that the lettuce had crisp leaves: so crisp… like ever before in my farm.

During all 4 lettuce cycles: which in Winter are four: that of November, that of December, that of Jannuary, that of February, the lettuce was all the same, all crisp, beautiful, rich, of higher quality.

I have tried, as I always told: “Try not to treat a greenhouse, try not to use a agricultural hose, stop watering and you’ll see!” that year that greenhouse, died.

I didn’t harvest because “I would make a bad impression, I will use it to feed the hens”

I have already got a good reputation… for lettuce because… it was crisp, people would buy it because it was beautiful, crisp, because… they liked it! They realized it, they noticed the difference.

After that Winter I started doing the same with all crops.

During the pre-transplant I start watering plants and foliating, and then I irrigated by using a hose.

I do the preparatory treatment for all crops I have.

Then…it depends on the season: whether it is too warm, or too cold… I also use different treatments depending on what my technician says.
